1 large box of sugar free vanilla pudding
1 large container of lite cool whip
4 large bananas
2 qts fresh strawberries
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1 box sugar free vanilla wafers

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding as directed on box then
slice bananas and strawberries placing them to the side. Put a layer of cookies on bottom of a clear serving bowl alternating pudding, cool whip, fruit and cookies ending with cool whip on top. Add pecans if desired. Put in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
