2 cans diced tomatoes
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup green pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves, chopped
1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
8 ounces angel hair pasta
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 11 ingredients and bring to a boil, then lower the temperature and simmer covered for one hour. Cook ground beef, drain, and then add to tomato mixture. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cook pasta according to directions. Cover bottom of 9x13 pan with sauce. Add layers of pasta, half of cheese, repeating layers and ending with sauce as last layer. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Top with remaining cheese, return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut into squares and serve.
