Ingredients:  
1/2 sm onion 1 clove garlic
8 oz cream cheese 1 T skim milk
1/2 sm green pepper 3/4 c chopped parsley
1 t lemon juice 1/8 t salt
4 oz crab meat
1 med tomato,seeded and diced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate
several hour so flavors blend.
2. Serve with cocktail bread or fresh vegetables.
