1 dozen corn tortillas
1 lb. Longhorn cheese
2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion or
1 bunch of green onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chilies
1 can pitted olives
1 can enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Combine with cans of soup, olives and chilies. Heat enchilada sauce. Dip tortillas one at a time and line casserole dish. Put in hamburger mixture and alternate layers with remaining tortillas, which have been dipped in sauce and add cheese (saving some for top). Add remaining sauce around edges of casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and cover with foil. Bake in oven until cheese bubbles. About 30-40 minutes.
