1 c. raw pecans
6 T. walnut oil plus extra for baking pan
1/2 c. agave nectar
2 whole omega-3 eggs (reg. eggs are fine, too)
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. arrowroot

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Oil an 8x8x2" baking pan.
Grind pecans to consistency of meal in a food processor or coffee grinder. Transfer to a medium sized bowl and add the walnut oil, agave nectar, eggs, cocoa and arrowroot. Stir to blend. Pour into the oiled baking pan. Bake for approx. 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool then cut into bars.
