One 2 lb. package frozen southern style hash browns
1 pint of half & half
2 1/2 cups grated cheese
1/2 lb. of butter, melted
1/4 cup chopped onions
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all of the above (can be done the day before) and put in a greased 9"x13" baking dish.
Bake 350 for 1 hour
