4 to 5 medium potatoes 2 slices bread Chopped green chilies to taste Fresh or dried coriander to taste Lemon pepper to taste Flour Canola oil
Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Drain and mash by hand. Wet bread slices and squeeze out water; mix with potatoes. Add green chilies, coriander, and lemon pepper. Pat potatoes into flat, round patties; roll in flour. Fry in a skillet in a little canola oil until brown. Serve immediately.
