1- 385 ml. can evaporated milk soured with 2 or 3 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cup raisins
a few grains salt
2 eggs, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredient with raisins and slowly add to milk. Cook on top of stove until thick. Add 2 beaten
egg yolks and cook until thick again,stirring constantly. Pour into baked pie shell.

Beat egg whites until foamy, then add 3 tablespoons sugar. Beat until stiff. Put on top of pie and bake in 350 degree oven for a few minutes,
until slightly browned.
