4 C. cabbage, sliced thicker than for slaw
White Sauce:
4 T. Butter
4 T. Flour
2 C. Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Parboil cabbage for 3-4 minutes, drain.

Cook rest of ingredients for white sauce until it starts to thicken.

Place cabbage in large greased casserole dish. Pour cooked white sauce over cabbage. Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs over top.

Brown in oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
