2 T. butter
8 C. cabbage
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 C. sour cream
1 T. sugar
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large skillet, add cabbage, garlic and 1/4 cup of water. Cover tightly and steam over low heat 10-12 minutes. Blend rest of ingredients. Stir in cabbage. Garnish with carraway seeds.
