2 Cans mushroom soup (10 oz.)
1 C. milk
2 T. chopped onions
1 T. chopped parsley
2 lbs. deboned chicken breasts
2 1/4 C. crushed herb seasoning mix (dressing mix)
2 T. butter
4 C. of cooked white or brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 c. soup, 1/4 c milk, onion, and parsley. Dip chicken into this mixture. Roll chicken in crushed herb dressing. Butter bottom of 9x13 baking dish and spread cooked rice on bottom. Place herbed chicken breasts over top of rice. Pour rest of mushroom mixture over top of chicken. Extra soup can be added if this appears too dry. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup herb dressing. Bake at 400 for 1 hour. Serve from baking dish as a casserole for dinner. Just add a vegetable and dinner is ready. Or broccoli florets can be added to cream sauce and it's a complete dinner!
