2 Tabs. butter
2 cups of rhubarb
1 cup of sugar
cook about 10 min.
add 2 eggs yolks beaten with 1/4 cream . 2 Tabs. cornstarch, pinch of salt ,1/4 cup sugar cook until very thick.

Pour into a baked pie shell , and use the 2 egg whites for meringue.
