3 c. cubed chicken breast, cooked
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. light mayonnaise
8 oz. light sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Thyme, salt, and pepper to taste
1 can reduced fat crescent rolls
Shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine above ingredients except crescent rolls and spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and unroll can of crescent rolls and place over top of chicken mixture. Brush with melted low fat butter. Bake for another 15 minutes or until the rolls beginning to turn golden brown. Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake an additional 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
