1 1/2 cups whole milk
3 single graham crackers
2 eggs
2 tbsp.sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.vanilla
8 quartered marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk. Do not Boil
Pour milk over 3 crumbled graham crackers
Stir in slightly beaten eggs
Add sugar,salt and vanilla
Fold in 8 quartered marshmallows
Pour in glass baking pan and place in pan of hot water
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
