1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/4 c. prepared mustard
canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and fry in a small amount canola oil until browned.
