2 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
tsp salt
C. shortening
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 C. fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda & salt. In another larger bowl cream together the shortening & sugar. Add eggs & vanilla; mix well. Beat in bananas; gradually add dry ingredients, beating until just combined. Fold in blueberries. Pour into 3 greased 5 in x 3 in x2 in loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 min before removing from pans on to a wire rack to finish cooling.

To make into muffins pour into muffin tins & bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min. or until a inserted toothpick comes out clean.
