3 eggs 1 C oil 2 C sugar 2 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 C flour 1/2 C cocoa 3 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 2 C grated zucchini Optional: nuts and chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients with spoon in order listed and pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans. If desired, sprinkle with batter with chocolate chips before baking in the oven. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
