1 box Penne pasta
1 jar alfredo sauce
C. hot sauce
1 C. chicken breast, cubed
1 C. spicy sausage, sliced
C. sweet red pepper, chopped or julienne
C. sweet green pepper, chopped or julienne
C.red onion, chopped or julienne

Directions:
Directions:
Start the pasta boiling.

In a large skillet brown chicken & sausage, add onion and peppers, do not over-cook. Add in hot sauce and simmer for 5 min. Pour in jar of alfredo sauce, stir in cooked pasta and serve immediately.

Any pasta will do. I use penne some prefer fettuccini. Shrimp or crawfish are fun.
Any other vegetables are ok too, this is a very versatile recipe.
