1lb hamburger
1 medium size onion
Garlic powder
15oz can of tomato sauce
oz unsweetened chocolate
1 cup water
1 teaspoon allspice
teaspoon cinnamon
teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chili powder
15oz can red kidney beans
Hot cooked spaghetti noodles
Shredded cheddar cheese on top

Directions:
Directions:
Brown burger w/onion & garlic, drain, add tomato, water, chocolate, vinegar, the all spice, cinnamon, salt, and chili powder.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to med-low, cover & simmer 45 minutes.
After 45 minutes add drained beans simmer another 10 minutes.
Serve chili over noodles add cheese on top.
