1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon minced shallot
2 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
8 cups Mixed baby greens
4 small yellow tomatoes cut into wedges
2 small peaches clean of fuzz, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk first 4 ingredients and season with salt and pepper
Combine with rest of ingredients.
Can be made up to 2 hours prior
