Ingredients:
1 ring of turkey kielbasa
1 med sizes head of cabbage
1 cup uncooked whole wheat pasta, (I use bow-tie pasta)
1-2 T. of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cut kielbasa into 1-2 inch pieces, then cut in half so they are
not round circles.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Chop cabbage to desired size. (Anything goes)
Stir fry the meat in olive oil until browned, add cabbage and
pepper to taste. Salt sparingly if desired, but meat is quite
seasoned. Stir to combine meat and cabbage. Cook for about
5-10 min. until cabbage is warm, but still firm. Add cooked
pasta, stir until warm, and serve.

I also make this dish and leave the pasta out! It is just as good,
but doesn't make such a large amount.
