12 cup apples
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup Tapioca pudding mix
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Bring apples,and 2 cups of sugar to a boil. Then
let stand for 5 minute. Then add 1 cup more sugar,
add the tapioca pudding mix, boil for 5 minutes longer. Cool & freeze.
