bread chunks
sliced potatoes
zuchinni
minced onion
sauce
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 X 13 pan, put a little sauce in the bottom. Then begin layering:
1st - chunks of bread
2nd - sliced potatoes
3rd - sliced zuchinni
4th - sprinkle of mined onion
5th - a little sauce
Sprinkle spices (basil, parsley, celery salt) in between layers. Then top this w/ good sprinkle of cheese. Repeat the layers again and cover. Bake at least 2 hours (it takes a long time for potatoes to cook)

I have parboiled the potatoes a couple of minutes and patted them dry to reduce baking time.
