6 Pork Chops 1/2 C. Chopped Onion 1 1/2 C. Rice 1 Can Beef Bouillon 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Brown pork chops. Remove from skillet. Add onions and rice to drippings. Cook until slightly brown. Place pork chops in baking dish. Cover with rice mixture. Combine bouillon and soup. Pour over rice mixture.Bake covered for 1 hour at 350º.
