6-8 Eggs, separated
1/2 C. Orange Juice Frozen
1/2 C. Sugar
1 C. Cake Flour
Pinch Cream of Tartar or 3 pinches Baking Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Yolks until fluffy. Add 1/2 C. Sugar, add orange juice and flour.

Beat egg whites until stiff, put pinch of cream of tartar or 3 pinches baking powder. Add 1/2 C. sugar. Fold egg mixture into whites.

Don't grease pan. Bake at 450 for 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Put in Angel food pan.

Remove from oven and invert to cool.

If you want frosting make a powdered sugar frosting, add orange juice and peel and butter, mix well and frost.
