1/2 Lb. Bulk Sausage
1 C. Chopped Fresh Broccoli
2 C. Shredded Cheddar cheese
3 Eggs
1 1/4 C. Milk
1/2 C. Biscuit/Baking Mix

Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain and set aside. Add 1 inch of water and broccoli to a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain.

In a greased 9" pie plate, layer the sausage, cheese and broccoli. In a bowl combine eggs, milk, and biscuit mix. Pour over broccoli. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
