Ingredients:  
Cook chicken breasts with celery, carrots, salt, pepper. Cool
and dice.
1 Head of lettuce
1 cup (small chunks) of cauliflower
1 cup thinly sliced zucchini,
2 cups cooked chopped chicken.
1 cup Mayo, sprinkled with salt, pepper, and a little sugar.
1 cup grated cheddar,
1 LB cooked bacon
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
Marzetti Country French dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken breasts with celery, carrots, salt, pepper. Cool
and dice.
Layer lettuce, small chunks of cauliflower and thinly sliced
zucchini, chicken. Top with "globs" (Kay's word) of mayo that
is sprinkled with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Repeat once
or twice. Top with grated cheddar, bacon, and toasted
slivered almonds. Drizzle Marzetti Country French dressing
over top. Toss!
