4-6 Chicken Breast
2 T. Oil
1/2c. Chopped green onion
1 Clove Garlic-minced
1/4 T. Chili Powder
4c. Chicken Broth
3T. Corn Starch
1 3/4c. Shredded Monterey Cheese
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1/2c. Sour Cream
1- 4oz. can Chopped Green Chilles-NOT drained
1/2 can Black Olives-sliced
1 Pkg Large Tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until cooked, thinly slice chicken and brown in oil. Add green onions with tops, garlic, chili powder set aside. In sauce pan stir broth & corn starch together bringing to boil. Stir in shredded cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream , green chili and olives,heat until smooth.
Remove 1/2 c. of sauce and add to chicken mixture. Spoon 2-3 T. of mixture into tortilla, roll and place seam side down in 9x13 pan. Pour sauce mixture over top. Top with remaining shredded cheese, sprinkle with paprika.
Bake uncovered at 350 30-45 minutes until heated through.
