1 box of broth
3 cup potatoes peeled and chopped
2 cup sweet potatoes peeled and chopped
2 cup red skinned potatoes unpeeled and chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp butter
generous dash of black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat broth and potatoes to a boil over med-high heat in 3 qt saucepan. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook for 10 min or until potatoes are tender, drain, reserving broth.

Mash potatoes with 1/4 cup broth, sour cream, butter and black pepper. Add additional broth if needed and until desired consistency.
