4 apples diced
2 c.sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 cup nuts
2 eggs well beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c.flour
2 tsp.baking soda
2 tsp.cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Mix apples & sugar well, add oil, eggs, vanilla, mix well.
Combine baking soda salt, cinnamon & flour mix well, add nuts pour into well greased 9x13 pan
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour
