2 Pounds Velveeta Cheese
1 Chopped Bell Pepper
1 Bunch Chopped Green Onions
12 Ounces Sour Cream
1 or 2 Jalapeņos, seeded and chopped
1 Can Ro-tel Tomatoes with Chilies

Directions:

Mix cheese in crock pot, add all ingredients and cook 2 hours on low. Serve with Chips.
