2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 cups flour
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the following ingredients together: sugar,oil,eggs,vanilla,soda,salt,cinnamon.
Add:
3 cups flour
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup chopped walnuts
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Spray pans with flour spray. Makes 5 mini loaves or 2 large loaves. Bake at 350. I double the receipe and everything fits in my kitchen-aid mixer bowl. This bread freezes well.
