Apples, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon, orange juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Make in a medium bowl.
Chop apples, walnuts, add raisins or cranraisins cover with cinnamon. To keep it from browning - pour orange juice over it. You can make as much as you want.

My kids love this. They serve this at church during Lent for our Passover meal.

I use about 3 apples and 1/4 c. cranraisins and a handful of walnuts for my family.
