4 medium russet potatoes or desired amount of new potatoes (cut into 1 1/2" chunks) 2 T. water 2 T. olive oil 1/2 t. cumin 1/2 t. garlic powder 1/2 t. seasoned salt 1/2 c. sour cream 2 T. chopped cilantro 1/4 t. cumin dash of garlic salt
Place potatoes in bowl and add water. Cover and microwave 8 minutes, stirring once, until they begin to soften. Drain. Toss with remaining ingredients (through seasoned salt) and put in grill basket. Grill 15-20 minutes. Mix sour cream, cilantro, cumin and garlic salt. Serve with potatoes.
