Broccoli Soup Recipe

In a large pan:
1 10 oz package frozen chopped Broccoli
(I usually add more Broccoli than what the recipe calls for. You can also add cauliflower)
4 Cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 or 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
Cook Broccoli until tender 15-20 minutes DO NOT DRAIN

In sauce Pan:
8 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
Saute Onions in butter
Then add 10 Tablespoon flour
1 tsp Salt
4 Cups Milk
4 oz. Velveeta Cheese
Stir 1 or 2 minutes with whisk
Add to Broccoli and simmer 10 minutes
