In sauce Pan: 8 Tablespoon Butter 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion Saute Onions in butter Then add 10 Tablespoon flour 1 tsp Salt 4 Cups Milk 4 oz. Velveeta Cheese Stir 1 or 2 minutes with whisk Add to Broccoli and simmer 10 minutes
