Cookie Batter:
1 c milk
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1-3 tsp sugar
1-2 egg whites unbeaten
food coloring

2 1/2 c sugar
1 1/2 c water
1 c honey
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Heat oil to 365. Dip cookie iron 15 seconds before dipping in batter.

Mix ingredients to a batter consistency.
Dip iron into batter then in hot oil until golden. Allow cookies to dry then drip with glaze.

boil sugar and water to soft boil stage. Add honey and lemon juice.
