4 boneless pork loin chops cut into strips
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 can mandarin oranges
1 1/2 c water
1 package (6 oz) fast cooking long grain and wild rice mix
1/2 sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle pork with pepper and salt. Brown pork in oil. Drain oranges reserving juice set aside.
Add water, rice mix with contents of seasoning packet, onions and reserved orange juice to pork. Bring to boil, reduce heat cover and simmer 10 -15 minutes until liquid is absorbed. Stir in oranges. Heat though and serve
