6 full chicken breasts
1 small black forest ham or any small smoked ham
1 lb. pkg of cream cheese
1 box of shake and bake, or any kind of cracker crumbs ( fine) with your own special seasoning added.

Directions:
Directions:
Take all chicken breast and pound them out flat with small plate. Lay slices of ham and cream cheese on top of the chicken. Roll the chicken so that all the cheese and ham is covered and hold in place with tooth picks. Carefully put the chicken into a bag with crumbs and coat. Chicken is ready to bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cheese will be melting out of the chicken . Serve hot.
