2 eggs, beaten
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing croutons
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
1 can salmon, drained and mashed (bones and skin removed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine above ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting.
