1/2 c. finely chopped red bell pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
4 portobello mushroom caps

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except mushrooms. Spread mixture over gill side of mushroom caps.

Oil the grill grate lightly. Place mushrooms over indirect heat, cover, and cook 15-20 minutes.

Serve the mushrooms while they are hot, as a main course or a side dish.
