Crust:
1 1/3 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Filling:
1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine Bisquick, water, eggs and 1 cup of cheese. Spread in lightly greased 9-inch glass pie plate.
Fillling:
Brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add soup and spread over batter in dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Add remaining cheese on top the last 5 minutes of baking.
