4-5 large baking potatoes
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
heavy cream (approximately 2 c.)
3 garlic cloves
salt/pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes. Allow 1 for each person, plus one extra if you would like leftovers. Peel the potatoes, then slice crosswise as thinly as you can. Spray vegetable oil in a 2-3 quart casserole. Place a layer of potato slices on the bottom, slightly overlapping rows. Scatter slices of fresh garlic over the top, lightly sprinkle salt/pepper, scatter a good handful of grated parmesan cheese. Repeat w/ layers until you have used all your potatoes. Pour cream around the outside edges of the potatoes, until pan is half full of cream ( approx. 2 cups). Sprinkle the top w/ parmesan cheese and paprika. Cover w/ foil bake for 60-70 minutes in 350 oven. Remove from oven and cut into squares.
