1 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
salt and pepper to taste
Cooked and chopped fine turkey giblets
8 cups dry bread cubes

Directions:
Directions:
in saucepan cook celery and onion tin butter till tender but not brown, remove from heat, and stir in seasonings. Place bread in large bowl add onion mixture and chopped giblets, drizzle with enough broth to moisten, tossing lightly. Enough to stuff about a 10 lb. turkey.

You can boil turkey giblets until done then chop. Use the broth from giblets in dressing if more broth is needed use canned chicken broth.
