Remove meat from pan. Leaving 1/4 cup of drippings in the pan, stir in flour. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly. Remove from heat and add the broth all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes more. Season to taste
