3 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. milk
Beat eggs slightly. Sift flour & salt directly into bowl. Add water & milk & beat until mixed. Grease muffin tin or popover pan with margarine & preheat pans in a 425º oven. Fill cups in preheated pan 3/4 full. Bake at 425º for 15 min. then lower heat to 350º for 30 min.
