2 cups sugar
Sometimes I use fruit cocktail

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bananas. Drizzle lemon juice over bananas, to keep them from turning brown. Mix other ingredients together in a very large bowl, add bananas. Line muffin pans with paper cupcake cups. Pour fruit mixture in cups w/ a ladle or sm. measuring cup. Try to get some of all fruit in each cup. Place on flat surface of freezer. Freeze until firm. After frozen they can be removed from muffin tins and placed in other containers Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving. This may be served on a paper lining or a saucer.

Personal Notes:
This is Dorothy Donnelli's recipe, she uses apricots instead of peaches. It is a refreshing frozen salad.
