8 oz. white chocolate
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In top of double boiler over hot water, melt white chocolate, stirring until smooth. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, eggs, and vanilla; blend well. Stir in white chocolate and butter. Stir in flour mixture. Fold in pecans. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
