4 medium zucchini
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. Garlic salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oregano
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Slice Zucchini into 8 spears. Dip in egg and roll in mixture of cornmeal, flour and cheese, paprika, oregano, salt. Place on baking sheet 450 for 15 minutes.

I like to bake them at 350 for 15 minutes makes them chewier.
