2 medium size potatoes
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp flour
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 tbsp thinly sliced scallions
1 large egg beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter

Drop onto hot griddle and flatten to very thin.
