2 tbs shortneing
1/2 c chopped onion
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 6oz can mushrooms
1 c sour cream
1 101/2 can tomato soup
1 tbs tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 8 oz pkg noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Flour and brown meat. Add onions, garlic and mushrooms. Combine ramaing ingredients except for noodles. Pour over meat and simmer.
